Refund & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be damaged, defective, or incorrect to qualify.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, beauty products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Once approved, we will provide return instructions (if needed) and process your refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

⚠️ EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Does not apply to beauty products for hygiene reasons.
