Refund & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be damaged, defective, or incorrect to qualify.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, beauty products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
